What we collect on this website and through our forms and assessment tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Effective August 8, 2026
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request information, take our assessment or quiz, or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, website address, and business details you provide, which may include revenue ranges, customer acquisition cost, average order value, and similar figures you enter into our assessment tools. We do not collect phone numbers through this website and we do not send marketing text messages.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, health information, or payment card numbers, through the website. Please do not submit that information through our forms.
We use the information to respond to your inquiries and provide the information or assessment you request; to operate, maintain, and improve the website and our services; to generate the results and recommendations produced by our assessment tools; to communicate with you about our services, which you can opt out of at any time; to protect against fraud and misuse; and to comply with law.
Business inputs you provide to our assessment tools are used to generate your results and to improve our models and tools. We do not sell the specific figures you enter.
Automated analysis. We may use automated systems, including third-party analysis and artificial intelligence services, to produce your results. We de-identify business information before it is analyzed. We do not send your name, contact details, or company identifiers to those providers, and the analysis is not tied back to your business on their side. Our tools may also retrieve and analyze publicly available information about the website address you give us.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Our website and assessment tools rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, database, email delivery, automated analysis, and workflow automation. These providers process information on our behalf under commercially reasonable security and, where applicable, contractual data-protection terms. Our current providers include Vercel (hosting and file storage), Railway (database), Resend (email delivery), Firecrawl and Apify (public web data retrieval), Mux (video delivery), and n8n (workflow automation). We also use third-party analysis and artificial intelligence providers, which receive de-identified information only, as described in Section 2.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. These include analytics and advertising technologies provided by Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and Meta (the Meta Pixel), which may be used to measure campaigns and show you our ads on other platforms.
We also assign a first-party identifier that is not tied to your name or email on its own, stored in our own systems, so we can understand how visitors move through the site and connect a later assessment submission to the visit that produced it.
Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change that choice at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; if you disable them, some features may not work.
Communications you send us, including form submissions and email, are handled under this Policy. Scheduled calls and video meetings may be recorded so both sides retain an accurate record. Where a call is recorded we will indicate it, and by joining a recorded call you consent to the recording. If you do not consent, tell us before the call and we will proceed without recording or reschedule.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access and deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising technologies may be treated as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out by emailing us, by using the cookie controls on this site, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact info@fourthorderintel.com.
Utah residents may have the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, to access and delete it, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act. Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain covered personal information under NRS Chapter 603A. We do not sell personal information for money as defined by either law. We do use targeted advertising, and you may opt out at any time. To submit a request, contact info@fourthorderintel.com.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or de-identify it.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.
We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and identify material changes as such.
